I would not take my car any place else. I trust Marietta Toyota, I have to depend on the personnel to be honest with me and i feel my needs are always met

Salesman, Perry Kinney was great. However, the finance person, Roberto, was not knowledgable wrt our banking company's proceedures. He did not understand the process for releasing the title info so we could register our car in our home of record, Washington State. It took a phone call from USAA to get the proper document. Otherwise, very nice experience with the dealership.

I had my complimentary 10, 000 mile service done. It was done in less than a half hour Everyone that assisted me was courteous and professional.

I pulled into the service bay & a service rep was at the car to assist me before I even got the door open!!!! He directed me to the waiting area & advd me that I would be called when my servicing was completed. I couldn't have been there more than 45min when a service rep came to get me & directed me to the check-out window.....the whole experience went smooth as silk....outstanding!!!

Chris Tuck and his team always do an excellent job. He ex[plains the work that they do and alerts me to any problem. I am a customer of Marietta Toyota because of the reliable service of Chris Tuck.

I was very please with the quickness of my service. They all seemed very friendly. My only complaint would be that they said my tire pressure light turned off from it being adjusted, and it actually didn't. Not sure how to reset it. Thank you
