2020 Toyota GR Supra models

Drivers near Smyrna and Marietta have been awaiting the 2020 Toyota Supra since the FT-1 concept car was first unveiled in 2014, and with the official launch occurring sometime later this year, we now know more than ever before about its impressive capabilities! Take a closer look at the 2020 Toyota Supra specs before it arrives on the roads near you.

2020 Toyota Supra Performance

The heart and soul of the 2020 Toyota Supra is its 335-hp 3.0L inline six-cylinder engine. With a twin-scroll turbocharger and an 8-speed automatic transmission, it’s able to generate impressive torque of up to 365 lb-ft, even when you’re firing off the line! This Toyota was built for the racetrack, and tests have already shown that it can go from 0-60 in as little as 4.1 seconds. It’s so fast that Toyota engineers have had to electronically limit its top-speed to a still-blistering 155 mph.

The 2020 Toyota Supra has been designed to respond to its driver’s every whim. Since it has been engineered with rear-wheel drive, it’s able to offer a 50:50 front:rear weight distribution. That means it’s exceptionally stable, even when you’re pulling out all the stops. Standard paddle shifters and two-setting adaptive variable suspension let you connect to the road like never before.

Every inch of the 2020 Toyota Supra has been optimized for performance. These models feature a wide wheelbase for improved handling, as well as a lightweight, aerodynamically-sculpted body. We’ve listed its exterior dimensions here:

  • Wheelbase: 97.2 inches
  • Overall Height: 50.9 inches
  • Overall Width: 73.0 inches
  • Overall Length: 172.5 inches
  • Curb Weight: 3,397 pounds

Unique design features include large front-mounted air intakes and an unmistakable double bubble roof. The latter dips in the center to cut down on wind resistance without hampering driver visibility.
