Our Night Owl Drop Box is located at the front of the Service Center between the double garage doors.

After Hours Drop-Off Instructions:

• Park your vehicle in the spaces to the right of the building.

• Complete the drop-off form including:
  
  Name
  
  Phone number
  
  Vehicle make, model, and color
  
  Authorization signature

• Place your keys in the provided envelope.

• Deposit the envelope in the Night Owl Drop Box.

If your vehicle is being towed in after hours, the same process applies. A Collision Advisor will retrieve your vehicle during business hours the next day and contact you.

However, on older vehicles, the original factory paint may have faded or changed over time due to sun exposure, weather, and normal aging. Because of this natural aging process, newly applied paint may appear slightly different when compared to the existing finish. Our refinishing specialists take every step possible to blend the new paint into the surrounding panels to achieve the best visual match.
