I came by for maintenance of my vehicle, this time my experience was better than the last visit. The wait was no longer than 30 minutes, i only needed a tire rotation and they inspected my vehicle.

Darius and the entire team was next level, we came in on the 4th and despite it being a holiday everyone was fired up and ready to work. Went through our needs as far as a vehicle goes and had us in a new vehicle within a few hours. Darius was informative, patient, and transparent through the entire process. Well after reviewing the ratings of some of the other Toyota service centers, I drove clear across town to get my vehicle serviced by Marietta Toyota. The service tech, Steve was courteous and friendly. I only wished that it did not take almost 7-hours to get the two factory recalls done and that I had been given periodic updates. I arrived 20-mins early for my 7:00am appointment but didn’t leave the shop until 1:45pm. Overall, the nice waiting area and friendly staff made the entire experience bearable. Loved service at Marietta Toyota, the service department is awesome the guys and ladies are very knowledgeable,Technicians are well trained for basic services you are in an out generally within an hour.

Today was one of the best visits I have ever had. Steve was the service advisor I was greeted with a smile and very knowledgeable person. The appointment was for the 45000 checkup.He told me how much and I said I had paid for warranty and he knew exactly where to look. I could not remember if the cabin filter had been changed and he took the time to look and let me know. As he was looking he noticed that the wipers had not been changed. Thank the lord he suggested changing them. Now no more rubbing sound when it is only sprinkling. He also mentioned that my tires were in the yellow and reassuring me that they were still very safe for the traveling that I do. Steve will be my advisor from now on. You can tell he really loves what he does.
