I can’t thank Evan the Sales Consultant at Toyota of Marietta enough for everything he did for me. After losing my vehicle in a serious car accident, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Evan took the time to truly listen to my situation, treated me with kindness and compassion and worked hard to help me get into another vehicle. He never made me feel like just another customer he genuinely cared and went above and beyond to help me during one of the most difficult times in my life. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Clive the Finance Manager. He worked to get me the best financing and pricing possible and I couldn’t be more grateful. He made the process smooth, explained everything clearly and made sure I left feeling confident in my purchase. Evan and Clive are an incredible team and they truly took care of me from start to finish. Their professionalism, honesty and genuine care made all the difference. I have recently been considering replacing my 2011 Tacoma for a newer 4-Runner. After searching all of Florida for one with low mileage, I found myself calling Marietta Toyota in Georgia. Being from Florida, I was fortunate to make contact with one of their sales manage Keith. I could not be more grateful to have had several conversation with Keith about a 4-Runner on their lot. Keith was very considerate, respectful and had a non-pressure sales approach which was very pleasent to deal with. He was easy to communicate with, answered all of my questions and fulfilled all of my request from Florida. This was very different than my recent experiences I came across with my local dealerships in Florida. It is obvious why Keith is a sales manager for the dealership of Marietta Toyota and the owner must be proud to have him working at their dealership. He was very professional and committed to providing a well rounded service for the customers of Marietta Toyota. I could tell this from nearly 7 hours away over the phone while working out the numbers on the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was having separation anxiety from departing from my Tacoma and decided to hold off on the purchase. I felt that Keith provided such a calm relaxing pre buying experience for me, that I needed to write a review sharing my potential buying experience with Marietta Toyota great sales manager. I would recommend him to anyone shopping at this dealership. Thanks Keith it was a pleasure working with you and would have no issue traveling 7 hours in the future for such a buying experience.
