My rep, Marcus Moore, kept me informed throughout the ENTIRE process from placing the order for the build of my car (2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid Limited) to once it arrived. He provided video updates and frequent check-ins on an appropriate schedule to not feel invasive or disconnected. Their finance manager, Clive Holmes, was excellent as well. Exceptional Experience!

I highly recommend asking for Jordan Williams — he was respectful, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had (and then some). The staff made me feel like part of the family and even worked to improve my financing options after we had already agreed on a price. They truly care about their customers and show great support for the military, with several veterans on their team continuing that strong work ethic and service tradition. Easily the best Toyota dealership I’ve ever been to!

As my first car financing experience, the process was relatively quick, smooth and most importantly respectful. The team here is very knowledgeable and transparent. Marcus M. was the one helping me in choosing a car and working a deal that worked for both. He was transparent and will do his best to listen and actually help (as I said to him, I have been in other dealerships where it was a nightmare for friends) I am sure that all the staff is friendly as well. The finance manager, Randy, was as transparent as it can get, no hidden fees no hidden charges. He will show you the numbers in front of you and make sure everything you need/don't need is taken care of. Definitely I can recommend this dealership to anyone unsure where to start, and be respectful to them as they will be to you. Certainly will come here again when I need to

Great service visit. My service advisor, Brian Kessler was awesome! Dropping to 4 stars because your parts department charges a handling charge for local parts pickup. Cobb County Toyota doesn’t.
