  • Promptly greets every guest upon arrival at the showroom
  • Checks in guests in the showroom and updates guest information
  • Follows the TARGET Sales Model
  • Utilizes CRM (Elead) to follow up with customers
  • Attends daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Communicates effectively with Sales Managers, Finance Managers, and Sales Staff

 

What are the Qualifications for a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant?

 

Our goal is to ensure our customers enjoy a red carpet experience from start to finish, and a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant plays an integral role in achieving that. Qualifications to be a Marietta Toyota Sales & Leasing Consultant include:

  • Completion of Negotiation training
  • Completion of annual Toyota Certification Training and ongoing monthly product quizzes
  • Proficient operational software techniques for DMS [CDK], Service CRM [Elead] and any additional dealer-specific software
  • Demonstration of the company’s core values
  • Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and all sales processes offered by the dealership
  • The ability to work flexible hours, to include Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.- 6 p.m.
