The Marietta Toyota Service Coordinator works within the service client care center and is responsible for handling inbound service reservation calls, confirming service reservations, performing outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients, and any additional outbound calls requested by the service management team.

 

What are the Job Responsibilities of a Marietta Toyota Service Coordinator?

So, what is a day in the life of a Marietta Toyota Service Coordinator like? The basic responsibilities of a Marietta Toyota Service Coordinator are as follows:

  • Assist with and handle inbound service reservation calls
  • Confirm service reservations and perform outbound follow-up calls for due and overdue service clients
  • Keep current with service specials, all direct mail pieces, and recall notices from the manufacturer
  • Follow all training materials including inbound service call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks) in order to accurately answer all guest’s questions
  • Use the Blueprint Knowledge-Drive to search for answers to guest’s questions prior to transferring the phone call to a Service Advisor
  • Following the “Client Care Center Policies and Procedures” manual

A Marietta Toyota Service Coordinator is typically the first point of contact for our Smyrna customers, so it’s important that they are greeted by a friendly, welcoming individual who is eager to help. Marietta Toyota strives to provide a red carpet service experience from start to finish, and a service coordinator plays an integral role in making that happen. Qualifications include:

  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to speak articulately
  • Cheerful and enthusiastic disposition
  • Great work ethics and a “can do” attitude in the face of change
  • Enjoys conducting outbound telephone calls with enthusiasm and supports the goals and vision of the team
  • Completion of Service-Mastery certification training with a minimum score of 85%
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including Monday – Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
