We are looking for friendly and professional individuals to assist the General Sales Manager in ensuring a friendly and receptive environment for guests and providing administrative functions of the sales department. The Guest Service Agent works within the new and used sales showrooms and is responsible for greeting and checking in guests, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, producing daily reports, and any additional administrative tasks requested by the Guest Services Supervisor.

  • Promptly greets every guest upon arrival to the showroom
  • Checks in guests to the showroom and updates guest information
  • Sanitizes and resets showroom hourly and offers refreshments for guests
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner and directs them to the appropriate person
  • Manages the desk log, phone up log, loaner agreement log, dealer plate log, and gas card log
  • Produces daily reports
  • Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work environment

  • Having the aptitude & desire to develop a solid understanding of product information related to all brands, vehicles, and all sales processes offered by the dealership
  • Willingness to develop an understanding and adhering to Client Care Center “Policies and Procedures Manual”
  • The ability to work flexible hours, to include Monday – Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday from 12:30 p.m.- 6 p.m.
