Welcome to the New Marietta Toyota Facility!
The team here at Marietta Toyota is proud to announce the grand opening of our fully renovated facility! We have been serving the Marietta community since 1975, and over the years, we have seen many changes in what customers expect from the car shopping experience. In order to better cater to the needs of modern shoppers, we have spent $1.7 million to completely renovate our new car showroom, our used car showroom, and our service center.
While the buildings themselves are the same, we were determined to make better use of the interior space, and we completely overhauled them to meet the expectations of modern drivers. We drew on the knowledge of several very experienced designers to make a better use of our space, improving the flow and including new amenities our team asked for. We also planned for the future with features like our new EV charging station to accommodate upcoming Toyota models.
The end result is a more welcoming and convenient facility designed to improve your experience every time you visit us. From our spacious open-floorplan showrooms with upgraded Wi-Fi to the new equipment in our service center, we can’t wait to show you all the details of our renovation!
A Modern New Car Showroom
Our new car showroom is the heart of our dealership, and we went the extra mile to transform it, setting the stage for an improved car-buying experience. If you are familiar with what our showroom used to look like, then you will be impressed with how much work we put into the new one. Even if you’ve never visited us before, we believe you’ll feel welcomed and at ease in our new showroom with its modern design and amenities.
We started off by completely reimagining the customer showroom. Instead of the old-school cubicles that previously divided up the space, we now have a modern open showroom experience that lets you see what’s happening across the entire space. We believe that buying a new Toyota should be a fully transparent experience, and part of that is letting you see that everything we do is out in the open. The showroom desks have also been redesigned to be better used by our sales team, meaning fewer delays as they help you through the car-buying process.
Behind the scenes, there is a new employee breakroom and a new client care center designed to improve the efficiency of our team. There is also a new customer lounge featuring all-new furniture, new televisions, and a new refreshment station that includes a vending machine and a coffee machine that can make a latte in under a minute using freshly roasted coffee beans!
While it may not be as immediately obvious as many of the other changes we have made, we have also rewired our showroom with new Cat 6 ethernet cables and installed new Wi-Fi access points so you get faster internet while you are waiting in our customer lounge, whether you are relaxing in the extra plush leather chairs or using the standing height counter with integrated charging stations to get some work done while you wait. These small but important details reflect our commitment to Toyota’s philosophy of “kaizen,” or “continuous improvement.”

A Refreshed Used Car Showroom
While some dealerships focus entirely on the new car shopping experience, we believe that buying a used car should be just like buying a new car––fast, easy, and completely transparent. To this end, we fully renovated our used car showroom to meet the same standards as our new car showroom.
Whether you are shopping for a new or used vehicle with us, you will be met by a bright, airy, and comfortable showroom that has been designed around your needs. Bringing our used car showroom up to modern standards was quite an undertaking since it was last renovated in 1989, but we left no stone unturned in our quest to improve the customer experience. The interior walls and large glass cubicles that previously divided the used car showroom were completely removed and replaced by the same modern desks and open floorplan as our new car showroom.
We also redesigned the customer lounge with comfortable new chairs and installed the same modern refreshment station and coffee machine that you will find in our new car showroom. It took considerable electrical and plumbing work behind the scenes to bring this building up to our standards, including all new bathrooms, but we know that our customers expect and deserve the best when they visit us, and we are determined to provide it.
An Enhanced Service Center
As you might expect, our service center lounge has received the same kind of updates as our new car showroom and our used car showroom. This includes a bright and airy layout with new lounge chairs so you can relax in comfort while your vehicle is being worked on. However, the biggest updates to our service center are hiding behind the scenes and helping us care for your car quicker and more effectively.
Everything from the main shop bays to the express service bays has been completely renovated and equipped with updated tools and equipment so that our technicians have what they need to make sure your vehicle is running at its best. The upgrades began with new service bay floors designed to control grease and oil to keep customer vehicles cleaner when they are being worked on. The express service bays were also equipped with new vehicle lifts that are safer and more reliable to protect our technicians and reduce delays when we are maintaining your vehicle.
The main shop bays saw even more improvements, including new tool chests, more modern laptops for vehicle diagnostics, upgraded Wi-Fi, and over $250,000 of new equipment; this includes a new balancing machine to more precisely balance wheels and a new alignment machine to make sure your car is aligned perfectly. With these new tools, our technicians will be able to keep your vehicle in even better condition!

An Investment in Our Customers and Our Team
In our almost half-century of serving Marietta drivers, our commitment to quality and respect has never changed. We still believe in taking care of our community and standing by our vehicles, and we work just as much as we did when we first opened our doors. However, what it means to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers has changed considerably over the years.
Drivers in 2024 have very different expectations than drivers did back in 1975. In order to meet the needs of our modern customers—as well as those of our growing team—we knew we had to bring our facilities into the modern era. While the expense of these major renovations was considerable, we see it as an investment in our customers and our team.
In fact, many of the upgrades we made will be invisible to customers because they are designed to improve the lives of our employees, with amenities like a dedicated employee breakroom and new storage lockers. That is because we know that a happy team passes that happiness along to our customers.
