- Perform structural and cosmetic collision repairs to manufacturer specifications
- Follow Toyota repair procedures and use genuine OEM parts whenever applicable
- Operate modern collision equipment including frame racks, welders, and measuring systems
- Disassemble and reassemble damaged vehicles, documenting hidden damage for supplements
- Work closely with estimators, parts staff, and the production team to keep repairs on schedule
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with shop safety standards

- Proven experience with structural and cosmetic collision repair
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to repairing vehicles safely and correctly
- Great work ethics and a “can do” attitude in the face of change
- Ability to read and follow manufacturer repair procedures and repair orders
- I-CAR or ASE certification a plus, with a commitment to ongoing training
- The ability to work flexible hours, including Monday – Saturday from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
